Digital Products

Most products sold in our shop are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.

Once your order is completed and payment is confirmed, you will receive instant access to download your files. A confirmation email will be sent with your download link(s).

If you do not see your files, check your spam/junk folder or contact us within 48 hours.

There are no shipping fees on digital products.

Canvas Sublimation Transfer Bundles (Physical Items)

We offer physical Canvas Sublimation Transfer Bundles that are shipped directly to you.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for production and processing before shipment. Each transfer bundle is created in-house to ensure quality.

Shipping Method & Delivery

Orders are shipped via standard shipping unless otherwise noted. Delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 3–10 business days after processing.

Once your transfer bundle has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable).

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Incorrect Address

It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for:

Packages marked as delivered but not received
Lost or stolen mail
Delays caused by carriers
Damage occurring in transit

If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you. Replacement eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds on Shipped Items

Due to the nature of our products and custom printing process, Canvas Sublimation Transfer Bundles are non-refundable once orders are placed.
